Our ingredients and potential allergens:
All of our Healthy & Delicious dishes are entirely gluten-free, meat-free and the ingredients are sourced from Italy. Our pasta is made from a blend of corn and potato starch, rice and sorghum flour, eggs and a pinch of salt. To bring the pasta together we add a tiny amount (1ppt) of the natural thickener xantham gum.
Our tomatoes are simply canned and pasteurised with no preservatives or colouring agents. Our Bechamel sauce is made with milk butter, rice flour and a pinch of nutmeg and salt.
Our gnocchi is made from a blend of potato starch, rice and sorghum flour, eggs and a pinch of salt. Our pastry is made from a blend of rice and sorghum flour, eggs, butter and nothing else. Our biscuits are made from a blend of rice and sorghum flour, butter and a sprinkle of sugar. Our Cheesecake filling is currently made using gelatine but we are in the process of switching to Agar Agar.
None of our recipes include nuts and they are not prepared in a space where nuts are used. As with all ingredients however, cross contamination is possible. Our products do use eggs, milk and cream but these are all listed in the product descriptions.
We take extreme care to use solely gluten-free ingredients and our premises are free from wheat products. We purchase our ingredients from certified producers and have total visibility of our supply chain but as with all foodstuffs, cross contamination is possible.
