Since the very start of our Healthy and Delicious journey, one of our main objectives has to been to perfect our very own authentically flavoured and textured gluten free pasta and make it available to our customers to buy and use in their own recipes.
Pasta which is as light, delicious and versatile as the very best traditional fresh pasta but which is completely free from gluten and artificial additives.
A pasta to satisfy the most discerning palettes and which has all the hallmarks of real Italian cuisine - and that's just what we've developed.
Our very own culinary alchemist, Head Chef Leo, is in charge of all our recipe and product development and our Healthy and Delicious gluten free pasta has been a labour of love for him. The authentic texture and flavour is all down to Leo's specially honed flour mix which combines potato starch, cornflour, rice flour and sorghum flour in a specially developed, magic blend of quantities.
Our delicate, painstakingly rolled dough sheets produce incredibly light and digestible pasta and we form it into a myriad of traditional pasta shapes, from tagliatelle to tortellini, agnolotti to lasagne. Our Healthy and Delicious fresh gluten-free pasta makes up the basis of lots of our H&D Italian inspired dishes (all available to buy on-line) but we've always been keen to create a line of stand-alone fresh gluten free pastas - and we're excited to be able to say that our packaged Tagliatelle (in both plain and spinach varieties) is our first pasta to launch.
Ideal for transforming into a spectacular supper or a tasty tea-in-the-week, our fresh, gluten free tagliatelle takes just moments to cook up...
and works well with everything from Margherita to meatballs. Toss in our very own Healthy and Delicious Pesto, combine with our Passata or mix with Mediterranean vegetables - it's so versatile and you can freeze it and use it whenever you like.
